This is such an important, complex issue — one which people take for granted and overlook. It’s also incredibly overwhelming; your article reminds us of that…there are so many factors in play here (the ecological, the human element, agribusiness), it’s hard to know where to start. Perhaps, as you say, it simply begins with make better choices as individuals.
